Creativity is linked to an individualised approach of teaching and raising kids. You need to build a trustful and supportive relation with a child to foster creative thinking. So the first steps towards boosting creativity is an individualised teaching based on trust. If students and kids feels safe to share any ideas and being valued, then creativity and creative thinking will flourish in the classroom.

Secondly, home and school environments should support students in learning how to think, problem solve and make decisions working individually and as a team.
